A facilitated discussion about engaging in courageous conversations about race with Dr. Alexandria Connally, Director of Equity, Inclusion and Innovation, Nyack School District. Singleton (2015) explained that there are crucial elements that must be present to dismantle institutional and structural racism in schools: passion, practice and persistence.
